Yahia CHERGUI is an assistant Professor in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Institute, Boumerdes Algeria. He has completed his PhD from Badji Mokhtar University in Annaba, Algeria. He did all his PhD work in Cardiff University in UK. His research field is Physics(condensed matter, and soft matter simulation by molecular dynamics). He has many published articles and international conferences. He has been serving as a referee with condensed matter journal (IOP), Energy journal (Elsevier), and American Journal of Modern Physics.

Professor Dapkus is the William M. Keck Professor of Engineering and the director of the The Photonics Center at USC at USC. His research group has been active in the development of photonic materials and devices of the past 19 years. Prior to coming to USC Professor Dapkus was a member of technical staff at Bell Laboratories where he worked on visible light emitting diodes. He then worked at Rockwell International where he led the group responsible for the demonstration of the viability of MOCVD as a device epitaxy process. MOCVD is now the most widely used process for the research and manufacture of photonic materials and devices. At USC, Professor Dapkus' research has centered on the invention and demonstration of novel and high performance photonic devices. They have made important contributions to the physics and technology of 1.55 micron lasers for fiber optic technology, ultralow threshold edge emitting lasers and vertical cavity surface emitting lasers. His group has continued to develop the MOCVD process by developing an understanding of the chemical reactions and surface processes operative in growth. His current research involves the application of selective area growth to functional photonic devices, the development of resonator based devices for WDM and signal processing and the development of novel GaN based lasers for biochip applications. Professor Dapkus has been awarded several honors for his work including the IEEE David Sarnoff Award in 2001 and the IEEE LEOS Engineering Achievement Award in 1995. He was also selected as an IEEE LEOS Distinguished Lecturer and awarded the USC Lockheed Senior Research Award. He is the author or coauthor of over 300 publications in reviewed journals.

Vladimir V. Rumyantsev is Head of Department of Theory of Complex Systems Dynamic Properties at A.A. Galkin Donetsk Institute for Physics and Engineering (DonIPE). He is Professor of Theoretical Physics and Nanotechnology Department at Donetsk National University (DonNU). He received PhD in Theoretical Physics (1988) from DonNU and Dr. Sci. in Condensed Matter Physics (2007) from DonIPE. Prof. Rumyantsev has authored/co-authored 4 books, 2 chapters in books and more than 280 scientific publications. He is a member of the American Physical Society as well as Mediterranean Institute of Fundamental Physics (MIFP, Italy) and Editor-in-Chiff of Journal of Photonic Materials and Technology (Science PG, USA).

Prof. M. De Cesare, PhD, is Senior Researcher in Applied Physics at CIRA (Italian Aerospace Research Centre) and Professor in Aerospace Physics Methodologies at University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”. He is also PM&SEM in Novel Physics Methodologies for Aerospace Applications and a SEM in Airborne-gamma measurements for Natural and Anthropogenic Environmental Monitoring. Aerospace / His principal applications are based on the development of novel technologies for material and plasma applications in the re-entry vehicle phases. The Diagnostic Methodologies and Measurement Techniques Division at CIRA tests innovative structures for space re-entry vehicles and sustained hypersonic flight and for aeronautical subjected to high thermal gradients. It develops and perfects advanced experimental methods and tools: thermography technique, Spectroscopy and Laser applications. A new technique with radioactive ions (7Be), is under development for the study of recession rate of Thermal Protection System (TPS) materials for space re-entry. The laboratory carries out its tests in two large CIRA facilities, the SCIROCCO and GHIBLI plasma wind tunnels, which simulate the extreme conditions encountered during space re-entries and hypersonic flight. This allows the laboratory to validate newly developed design methods and to study very advanced TPS material.

Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67; following academic life of 45 years. He published over 60 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last even years (2014 - 2020) over 80 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries. Additionally, he retired at the end of November 2019, and contributed with Keynote/Plenary Speeches to 12 Virtual/Webinar Conferences in the first year of his retirement, 2020. Dr. Adiguzel served his directorate of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University in 1999-2004. He supervised 5 PhD- theses and 3 M.Sc theses. He is also Technical committee member of many conferences. He received a certificate which is being awarded to him and his experimental group in recognition of significant contribution of 2 patterns to the Powder Diffraction File – Release 2000. The ICDD (International Centre for Diffraction Data) also appreciates cooperation of his group and interest in Powder Diffraction File.

Igor Stepanovich Makarov (b. August 18, 1935. Moscow USSR). I graduated with honor from the Moscow Institute of Communications and Broadcasting (1958). Then followed the Post-graduate Course of the same institute, with a dissertation in magnetic recording and the degree of Candidate of Science in Communications Engineering (1965). In 1964-1984, I worked as Senior Engineer and Senior Researcher at the Moscow Institute of Radio. Late in the 60s, I started my own independent research in Systems Theory and Theoretical Physics. During 1984-1992 I made several short reports on the existence of ether. In 1992 I immigrated in Israel. Looking for the proper conditions for my research, I have since traveled much across Europe, living for two years in Canada and gradually making progress with the research. During the period of 1996-2005, I published four articles in the Indian Journal of Theoretical Physics (Calcutta) on the theory of ether and its particles. In 2005-2006 in Israel, I prepared two drafts on the nuclear structure of atoms. The whole research, titled "A Theory of Ether, Particles and Atoms" (subtitled "The Reform of Modern Physics") was published first privately in England (July 2007) and then, after numerous corrections, professionally, in Israel and USA.

Hijaz Ahmad is an Assistant Professor and researcher in the field of Applied Mathematics at Istanbul Ticaret University, Istanbul, Turkey. He is Counselor Committee Member to the Information Technologies Application and Research Center, Istanbul Ticaret University, Turkey, Head of the Mathematics in Applied Sciences and Engineering Research Group, Scientific Research Center, Al-Ayen University, Nasiriyah, Iraq, and Associate Member of the Section of Mathematics, International Telematic University Uninettuno, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Roma, Italy.
